Intelrift's alert pipeline uses PostgreSQL pg_notify to push real-time events to your browser via Server-Sent Events (SSE). Configure custom alert rules based on severity thresholds, country watchlists, topic filters, and entity mentions. Receive notifications across multiple channels: in-app SSE, email digests, Telegram bots, Discord webhooks, and X/Twitter posts.

Telegram & Discord Integration
Connect Telegram bots and Discord webhooks to receive alerts in your team channels. Filter by severity, region, or topic to avoid notification fatigue.
Custom Alert Rules
Build rules combining severity thresholds, country filters, topic categories, entity mentions, and temporal windows. Up to 25 alert rules on Team plans.
30-Minute Alert Scans
The alert scanner runs every 30 minutes, checking new incidents and clusters against your rules. Critical severity events trigger immediate push notifications.
Multi-Channel Delivery
Choose your preferred channels: browser SSE, email, Telegram, Discord, or X/Twitter. Each channel can have independent filter rules.
